Godfrey Charles Lee is listed on the 1851 England & Wales Census as being aged 3 and a Visitor to the household of William Redmore (a.k.a. Ridmore) in Braunton, Devon.
Ten years late in 1861 we find Godfrey Charles Mules, age 13, listed as a boarder.
I tried to post this previously, without success, but can anyone tell me how I may find out if Godfrey Charles may have been boarded out from an orphanage?
