I am looking for information for William Y Young, my husband's great-great-great grandfather. He was born approx 1785 in Kentucky. Married Catherine Lair in 1815 in Harrison County Kentucky. Moved to Illinois where he died and is buried. His son Nathan Young is my husband's great-great grandfather. I am looking any information that will assist me in finding William's parents, sibling, etc which will allow me to continue researching the family roots. Very possible that his parents immigrated from Scotland. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
