My Great Grandfather Peter Duffy was down on his RIC records as native county Monaghan. He joined in 1867 married Mary Derry from Belfast they had I think five children John Bernard Catherine Cassi and May he retired in 1889 and lived in Belfast would love to no more about his Monaghan Connection many thanks
