Help! I'm trying to help a friend track down her paternal grandfather, Thomas Kendall Gordon, so she can trace her Gordon roots further.

Here's what we know based mainly on the birth records of two of his children and the 1911 census.

His wife was Jessie Margaret Hill (b:1884) parents William Hill and Jane Carter. She was found in the 1901 census, unmarried and living with her sister and her husband, on page 25 of 46, District 43, Lady Wood, Birmingham, Warwickshire as Jesse M Hill.

Her family lived in Gloucester, Gloucestershire when she was born.

By 1911, she was married according to the census and had two children, yet she was living without her husband in Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire, a small village between Gloucester and Bristol.

The oldest child, Stanley Thomas Gordon, was born 8 Dec 1906 in Friary Cottage, St. Peters, Dorchester, Dorset. His father is listed as a (Master) Photographer.
The younger child, William Frank Arthur Gordon, was born 10 Feb 1909 in Gloucester. His father is listed as a photographer. This son later went on to become a naval photographer.
Supposedly they had 2 more children - John, born about 1914? and Diana, born about 1917? (no info on them other than a group photo.)

Jessie later married William Cooper who had 2 children, Denis and Donald. (no info on them either)

Any help finding out more about this particular Thomas Kendall Gordon would be greatly appreciated! (oddly, there's more than one)
