Need info on who holds the records of the Elgin Cem. Have they been printed and if so am I able to obtain a copy? Also I need the directions to this cemetery. It is located behind the old Carl Houghton house and my great aunt Loulou Houghton used to say she could look our the back and see the cemetery. Thank you for any info you have.
