Does anyone know what type of information might be held in catholic church records for marriages or even membership. Do marriage records mention parents' names?

I am particulary interested in the records from: 1) Holy Guardian Angels Church (was on Cabrini Street, closed and thus I believe archives are located at Archodiocese. Marriage referenced around 1908) and 2) St. Ignacius Church and All Saints on Devon, marriage referenced, November 6, 1895. I think St. Ignacius is now on Glenwood - still in Rogers Park.

I know these couples married at these two churches and I am hoping to find out parents and siblings.
