Just found information from a death certificate about a gg-uncle who died at Camarillo State Hospital in 1941. Is there any way to find out info about a former patient? Tried calling Metropolitan State Hospital, but can not reach a person to talk to. Not being from California, I know nothing about this place or how to obtain information. Tried looking in the 1940 Census to see if there was a listing for the hospital, but found nothing (but then I could be looking in the wrong place). Was there cemetery on the hospital grounds? Thanks for any information.
