Surnames: LARRANCE, SWAFFORD, RALSTON, MYERS, MANNON, SPORE, COMMONS, DREW, POFFENBARGER
Jonathan LARRANCE married Elizabeth SWAFFORD in Henry Co. IN in 1830 and they were there for the 1830 census. About 1837 they moved to Mercer Co. IL and were there in the 1840 census. Both died before 1850, and I found 4 of their children (they may have had more?) in the 1850 census:
1850 ,Mercer,IL township 13 N R 4 (W?) p 351 2 Sep 1850 #108/108
George Ralston 34 M farmer Ohio
Lavina Ralston 22 F IN
Louisa B. Lawrence 18 F IN
Ealanor W. Lawrence 17 F IN
Noah Noble Lawrence 15 M farmer IN
Americus Lawrence 8 F (sic-was really male)Iowa

Louisa married William P. MYERS and they are buried in New Boston Cemetery. Their children in the 1880 census (Mercer Co.) are: Myron, Horace, Grace, Lloyd, Lillie and Earle Myers.

I haven't found anything about Ealanor. Did she married in Mercer Co.?

Noah Larrance married 1st to Amanda Alice Mannon in 1864. They had 2 daughters, Maud (m. W. L. Spore) and Rose (m. U. S. Grant Commons, before Amanda died. Noah remarried a Nancy (surname unknown). In the 1880 census they have 3 sons: Harry O., Joshua E. and William Larrance.

Americus V. Larrance married Rebecca Irene Drew in 1863. In the 1880 Mercer Co. census they have 2 daughters, Ethel (m. Bert Poffenbarger) and Pearl. Another daughter, Estella, had died in 1874.

I am researching Larrance descendants, so I would appreciate any information on any of these people, or contact with descendants. Thank you!
