Does anyone have a subscription to Newspaper Archives who can look up an article for me?

I need to find an article from a 1941 North Adams Transcript issue (Ancestry's copies of that paper skip from 1940 to 1942).

The article is about Frances Stephens or Stevens, who grew up in North Adams, was living in New York, and had returned home to do research for a book she was writing.

My notes say she was married to a David S Cahill, but I can't confirm that (I'm not sure if that fact was in the 1941 article or came from somewhere else). I don't think Frances was listed as Frances Cahill in the 1941 article, but I'm not positive of that.
