Lemuel Puckett and Partheny Via married in 1845 in Hickman Co., KY. I have a copy of the marriage bond. I also have a copy of the handwritten letter to the County Clerk from Partheny's parents Pleasant and Rebeccia (Tarver) Via giving their permission for the clerk to issue the bond.
I would be interested in hearing from anyone that has information on the siblings of Partheny (I have the book of the Via family written by J. M. Pons) and anyone with information on Lemuel Puckett and his ancestors.
