I believe she was born in Smithdale, Cross County, Arkansas on Jan 22, 1919 to Douglas Williams and Arda Wright.

I also believe he married Ehrmann Phillips in about 1939 in a location unknown.

I know she died in Kenosha, WI on Dec. 3, 1990.
