Wish to contact a family member and verify that the attached photo is that of Philip Meltzer. The photo as you can see is somewhat loose in the album although I was assured the album was not tampered with. This is the only Meltzer photo and as of this time no other photos thru marriage can be tied to this one but is possible since many of the names in the album have intermarried more than once since about 1850.
