My father was adopted in 1930, born in 1925. I have his Adoption papers. We despertly need his Birth Cert, don't care the cost. how do I get these for him or tell him where to go to get them. I'v been all over the detroit Michigan web sites. you can get so lost. I just need the place you can go to and do this, only. if possible the papers to send in to get his birth info.....please help.
