Looking for information on the descendants of Morris (born abt 1730 Long Island) and Phoebe(Doughty) Lewis married 11/Jan/1753 in Nine Partners, Dutchess County, NY. They apparently were issued land in Odelltown, Canada in 1790. I have their children listed as: William, Sarah "Sally", Thomas, Joseph, Mehetible, James, Oliver, Mary, Samuel, Charles, Bernard. I also have a Josiah Lewis born about 1797 who, I suspect by the date, is a grandchild of one of Morris' children, and is on record to help building a church in Odelltown (maybe United Wesleyan?).
