1. Thomas W. Hawkins married on 20 Mar 1808, Ann Elinor Garrard, born 3 Jul 1786 in , Bourbon, KY; died 18 Nov 1875, daughter of James Garrard (Gov.) and Elizabeth Mountjoy.
