Samuel: born on July 30, 1996.

These siblings were likely to have been born in Went Worth Douglas Hospital, or in Dover or Somersworth, N.H. In 1999 the Guptill family of Somersworth became foster parents to the children, and very soon after, adopted all three. Any information about the birth mother of these 3 persons would be very much appreciated.
