Can someone please tell me where Lower Smithfield Township was/is located. Everything I've seen about the SLY family says their children were baptized at the Lower Smithfield Church in Northampton County...but there is NO Smithfield (upper, lower or inbetween!) in Northampton County so I'm wondering if "Lower Smithfield" is near the other Smithfield townships in present day Monroe County.
