Are the church records of the Lutheran Church in Waymansville available in English? My father's maternal side immigrated from Prussia in the mid 1850's via New Orleans-St. Louis-Cincinnati by ship/boat finally ending up outside Waymansville, Bartholomew County. The old family farm was purchased following my great-grandfather's death and is now beneath Luther Lake. He, his wife and both sets of parents lie in the cemetery across from St.Peter's (?) in Waymansville. The existing church records are in German (old script) and are difficult to decipher, and my "Deutsch" is rusty at best.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Dave in Cincinnati
