Does anyone know if there was a Masonic Home in Carter County in the late 1800s? Or the closest Masonic home to the area?

I'm trying to follow up on a story of a family member who lived in Carter County and was widowed with three very young children who were placed in a Masonic Home and she went to work there to be near them.
