James Shearer McFarland b. 1836 in Pennsylvania, lived in Fulton County from about 1840 to 1860 in or near Avon, IL. He moved to Gladstone, Henderson County, IL until 1890 when he moved to London Mills, Fulton County, IL. He married Hannah Henry on 5 Nov 1851 and died on 21 MAY 1902. I would appreciate hearing from anyone who can help me locate an obituary from the London Mills newspaper for him.
