My grandfather was born to Eugene and Martha Head (1880 census) in Schley county, Ga. He had an older brother Walter (b. 1871) and younger sisters-I don't have their names. .He was in the Spanish Am War (Phillipines) and was involved in the VFW on a national level. unknown first marriage (had children) m. Josie Lee Westboork and moved to Phoenix AZ for his health. Chrles Jr. was born in 1922 and my mother Gertrude Head was born in 1924. Still looking for more info on his ancestors and descendants.
