Loeper from Appleton Wis.Grandmothers name was M. Loeper. Worked at Appleton Hotel around 1935 or so. Granddaughter lived with Grandma Loeper. This granddaughter had given birth to a son around 1943.This child was fathered by a "Locke". This son would be about 61 or 62 by now. He COULD be my half brother. Would like someone to contact me if they have any knowledge about where to find this man. He has another family that would like to know him.
