I was able to sync my tree on Thursday, and then did a lot of updates on Thursday evening online. When I opened FTM yesterday morning, I got an error that said "The last sync failed. An error occurred while "Downloading data from Ancestry". You may want to restart FTM and try again later.

I did that, and got the same error. I also tried going into options and unchecking the box to download citation media, in case it was a particular file that was causing the issue.

How can I figure out what is stopping my download? Is there an error listing? Or is anyone else having a problem, and maybe it is not just me?
