My biggest gen. mystery - my maternal grandfather! Mom & I have little about him before my grandparents' marriage, incl. correct YOB!

Looking for ANY info, especially parents, any siblings for Howard George REED, b. either Concord, VT or in Canada July 1 1909 (believe is correct yr. but also have as 7/1/1905, 1906, & 1907) d. May 7 1985 in Port Charlotte, FL... 1st m. Jan 18 1930 in Morrisville VT to my gmother Harriet (Hattie) Mabel WHITCOMB b. June 1 1909 in Hyde Park, VT d. Jan 29 1989. They had 2 children, Elizabeth Alice born Morrisville VT & Howard John REED born at home in Hyde Park VT, both still living. Howard & Hattie divorced in 1947. Only thing we know for sure about his family is he had an Aunt Alice. Have photo of her but no last name.
