I have a Mary Ellis from S.C. and that's about it on her personally! I know she married John (Henry?) Lovelady he was born 1770, or so is said. They had a daughter Sarah Lovelady b:1789/1800 at S.C. died 1879 Macon,TN. JohnMary also "took" an orphaned boy Jesse Parker(Smith County,TN. Court records)and possibly had a daughter Sally or MY SARAH was actually Sarah Sally ? I have Court records(Land deals etc...) attesting to relationships with "my Shrum's" around Smith County,TN. so they did live there!
I posted THIS under Mc Gee because someone gave me that Maiden name for my Mary ? Thanks in advance Neal Shrum block@thurston.com I have several websites at "My Family.com" if you want an invite email me, surnames there are: Shrum/Starr/Sisco/Tomlinson/Dixon/Lovelady, if you have never been "invited", to one of these, they are way cool! They are easy to use, maintence free, cost is free, and everyone contributes, or takes data, who wants to, there's photos, Gedcom files, News, events, stories, recepies, etc... go there and start a McGee site of your own, looking at this message board, it looks like we/you all need, something like that to "band together", look at the "Ellis message board" utter kaos many pages of data from lots of people. :"good Hunting" to all of you! Neal
