I am a descendant of James Washington Hallmark (1823 - 1864), son of George Hallmark and Sarah "Sally" Tipton Hallmark of Marion County, Alabama.

I am seeking help from other Hallmark descendants. I understand that Sarah "Sally" Tipton Hallmark kept a journal during the Civil War, and I am very interested in locating this journal. It is my understanding that one of the Hallmark descendants has it.
