I'm looking for more information on my g'mother's brother, Paul Carter. He was born in Upstate SC or NE Georgia betw. 1910-1912 with the last name Chitwood. He worked for the Post and Courier newspaper in Charleston and had a nice home on Aintree Street in Charleston Heights. He was still alive in 1976 when my g'mother died and was listed in her obit as her brother. I would appreciate any info. Thank you!
