Looking for help on a death certificate for a premature infant who died April 22, 1940 at St. Louis County Hosp. It says "cremation" but the funeral director is Washington University Medical School Dept of Pathology.

I wonder if the body was donated for scientific purposes. Does anyone have any information or could you point me to a research source? I've attached the death certificate if that helps.
