Somewhere in Henderson County there is a cemetery called JONES CEMETERY UPWARD where a REV. JOEL BLACKWELL (b. 1757 - d. 1838), who was a Revolutionary War patriot and an early Baptist Preacher, is interred.
Is that a military, private, family, or what kind of cemetery is it- where is it located and how do you get to it?
Does anyone know if there are markers for some of its inhabitants?
