Johnathon Curtis died 13 May 1782, was of Alexander Twp., Hunterdon, NJ. Does anyone know anything about him? One of the children of my Christopher Bern Johnson and wife Sarah Everett had a son named Jonathan Curtis b 1792 and it might help research on my somewhat elusive families if I could find out why a son was so named. Even more "curious" is that Abel, another son of Christopher Johnson and wife Sarah married a Christina Curtis - I have no information on her and she is my ancestress. Who are these Curtis families?
