He may have been living in Warburton Lane Melbourne. This Henry owen was claimed to be the father of Edmund Henry Owen born 25th November 1867 (reg4180). Sarah jane Owen (formerley Hilliard)stated that she married Henry Owen in 1863. I can not find any record of the marriage or a death for Henry Owen. Sarah Jane was going by the name Sarah Jane Perry and her son Edmund Perry.
