William McIntosh in Sept 1766 was sentenced to be transported on the ship "Justitia" from Lancashire via London to America.
Records make it appear that he served in the Rev War and in 1794 in VA received an invalid pension. That pension followed him to NC, KY, TN, IN, IA, MO. Anyone have info on William or why William was shipped to America as a convict?
