Does anyone know the whereabouts of my brother; like me, he was adopted at a few weeks old and was born in Shrewsbury. His birth name was Stephen Riley. He was born in July 1963,so he would be 43 now. His name will be different now, but hopefully you may be able to match these facts with someone. I'm his older sister, 1958. Thanks.
