My grandmother was Rose / Ruzena Jancarek: born 10 June 1893 in Uhrov,(Chotebor), Bohemia; married Arthur Charles Ruzicka on 11 May 1912 in Bohemia Village, Suffolk County, NY. Rose died 8 November 1980 in Summit, Union County, New Jersey.

Rose's father was Josef / Joseph Jancarek who was born 22 April 1869 in Kraborovice (Chotebor), Bohemia. Josef died 12 Oct 1921 in Florham Park, Morris County, New Jersey. Joseph married Fratiska Koudela / Koudelova.
