I am trying to research my husband's family,but am coming up short. The information I have is as follows; I am searching for any information on William Henry Hembree, b Dec. 25,1896 in Westminister, S.C. He married at the age of 16 and had a son, Cam Hembree. I have no information on his first wife. They divorced after 1 year. He was in the army calvary and patrolled the Mexican border. While in the army they changed his last name to Hembra. He married again in 1917 to Lottie Henderson, in Macon, Georgia. His mother died at his birth. He was given to a sister to raise. At the age of 3 his sister also died. He was sent to be raised by an aunt Harriet(Hembree) Clark in Georgia. The aunt and uncle had a farm. This is all I have to go on. I was told that he had brothers(2). Any help would really be appreciated.
