Any one Else searching for William Charles Ferris of N Ireland?
He is my GGGrandfather, and came to Canada in 1865 as a young man, married near Simcoe ON, and settled eventually in Parry Sound area, ON.
I am in search of any information concerning his birth (about 1848-50) and who his parents were.
His wife was Caroline May Louis/Lewis born about the same time, but same info is needed for her line of the family. I beleive her father's name was Hiram Lewis.
I hope, of the many Ferris ancestors out there, that somone else is looking for the same elusive people.
