Crabbe family in Pennsylvania and Hawai'i

I am tracing my cousin's Crabbe ancestry. William Augustus Crabb and his brother Thomas Crabb came from Ireland to America just before the Rev. War, according to the Kendig Family History. Some of my family believe they actually originated in Cornwall County, England and this goes back to 1620. Does anyone know how this connects?
This is my cousin's Crabbe descendancy:
1. William Augustus Crabb, born 1744 in County Clare, Ireland married Elizabeth Kendig. They had 5 children born in old Lancaster County, Pennsylvania or Dauphin County: Horatio Nelson,Henry Selden, George W.,Mary, and H.Louisa.
2. Horatio Nelson Crabb, born 1801 married Rebecca Ord Karrick. They had 6 children in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania except for the last son in Washington,D.C.: Allen Howard,Horace Nelson, Horace Gates,Mary Alice,Deorsey, and Clarence George.
3. Horace Gates Crabb or Crabbe(the e was added) born 2 March 1830 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania married Elizabeth Meek. They had 4 children all born in Honoulu, Oahu, Hawai'i:John Meek,Clarence Linden,Horatio Nelson, and Rebecca Lydia.
4. Clarence Linden Crabbe, born 1 Apr 1861 in Honolulu,Oahu,Hawai'i married Emma Longstreet Rich in Palisade,Eureka, Nevada and they had 2 sons born there: Edward Clinton Simmons Crabbe and a son that died before the age of 2 in 1884.
5. Edward Clinton Simmons Crabbe, born 30 Aug 1882 in Palisade,Eureka,Nevada married Agnes Lucy McNamara and they had 2 sons born in Oakland and Berkeley,Alameda,California
respectively: Clarence Linden and Edward Clinton Simmons,Junior.
I have the complete family information on each of these on the descendancy above and if anyone is family and needs the information I would be glad to share it. My problem is to get across the pond, so to speak. Thank you.

I am trying to find the parents, origin of my ancestor, Joseph Karrick. He married Rebecca (Lindmire) Ord ca 1800 in Philadelphia and they had 9 children, including Rebecca Ord Karrick who, according to the records I found in the PA Archives m. Horace Crable, Capt. I will accept that the Archives had a misprint and this is your Horace Crabbe. I would love to exchange information.

I saw your reply that you are a direct descendant of John Meek, Junior, the father of Elizabeth Meek who married my Horace Gates Crabbe. It is wonderful to see your reply and I would love to discuss this further and in much more detail as I have the Meek line going back to About 1668 in Salem, Essex, Massachusetts. I would like to share information. Please just email me at Gropup2@aol.com and we can exchange that way.
Again, I am glad to hear from you. Marsha

It was a very happy moment when I saw your reply about Rebecca Ord Karrick. I have her parents, Joseph Karrick born about 1780 and her mother Rebecca Ord, but I only have 3 children:
1. Mary Ann Karrick born 18 Jul 1790 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania who married Elisha Riggs about 1822 Of Baltimore, Maryland, as that is where their 7 children were born. I have all of their names as my husband goes through the Riggs line, I through the Crabbe.
2. George Ord Karrick born 1 Jan 1800 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
3. Rebecca Ord Karrick born 13 Feb 1805 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and died 15 Apr 1898 in St. Louis, Missouri, at the home of Rebecca's daughter Mary Alice Crabb and her husband Martin Collins, a prominent St. Louis businessman. And, yes, the PA Archives have Horace Crabb's name misprinted. I do have Capt. Horace Crabb's request for disability pension record, written in his own handwriting.
I would like to have the other children's names, dates, etc.
I too would love to exchange information. You can email me, Gropup2@aol.com and we can exchange our information that way.
Again, it is good to hear from you. Marsha.

William Augustus Crabb was not born in Ireland, was born in Cornwall County, England

William Augustus Crabb was not born in Clare or Londonderry County, England. That is only the opinion of a Pennsylvania history book writer by the name of Egle. Our very old Crabbe family Bible records, the Cornwall County and Devon County, England Parish Register records of christenings, marriage, deaths, etc., the 1620 Castlewich, Cornwall County, England Invitation Descendancy and our Crabbe family crest since the mid 1800's give that William Augustus Crabb was christened 2 Oct 1743 in Falmouth, Cornwall County, England and his brother Thomas Crabb was christened 1 Mar 1746 in North Hill, Cornwall County, England, and are children numbers 7 and 8 of 9 children of John Thomas Crabb and Mary Reed. The family is traced back to 1450 in Castlewich, Cornwall County, England. If anyone else has the same heritage, please get in touch.

Before the Revolutionary War William Augustus and Thomas came to America and both settled in Middletown, Dauphin, Pennsylvania. Thomas moved by 1783 to Hagerstown, Maryland. I know of no members of our family going to Canada.

Our Crabbe or Crabb family has settled in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, etc.
