I was just interested in the history of my name. I have been told that the Zybach name origionated from Germany or Poland, however, I find it interesting that many live today in Switzerland and the USA. Our understanding of the name came from a family search done on the net about four years ago. I regret that I cannot help you with your personal search. Perhaps you can help me with mine. My question is what made our family move in such large numbers away from the area of origion? My calculations reveal about 65% of Zybachs live in Switzerland.

I am also a Zybach child (12)years old and I live in the U.S.A. I can't answer your question, but I find that interesting too! I have to write an autobiography so I'm doing some research. I'll probably include your information in my autobiography! Thanks!

Kassia Zybach, I, from personal experience believe that ALL Zybachs are originally from a small town in Oregon called, "Bend". But then, I am occasionally wrong, occasionally. This assumption comes from a box of intriguing letters that I happened to be lucky enough to come across by mysterious means that I may disclose to you on a later date...If you really are THE Kassia Zybach.
