My father is Sidney Zlotnick. His family comes from the area of Bialystock, Poland. He has a brother, Morris, and a sister, Florence. Morris changed his last name to Lane.

Their father was Harry Zlotnick, married to Sarah Charkow.

Our branch of the Zlotnick (Zlotnik, Slotnick) family is rather hard to follow because of little information. Apparently, some distant relatives changed their name to Tsoref and may be living in Israel.

My father says he remembers his parents talking about how his father's family in Poland were Rabbis.
