Seeking Information on the Broom County NY Zimmers

Floyd Zimmer age approx 63 in 1930 though there is a discrepency between census years 1880 1910 1920 1930 of 10 years. Floyd was born in NY I believe in Chemung County in the town of Erin to John and Elizabeth Zimmer. Both John and Elizabeth were also born in NY. Floyd had 2 brothers Archie and Ernest apparenty twins as they are both 4 at the time of the 1880 census. Floyd was 8 so approximate D.O.B is 1872. His twin brothers would have been born approximately 1876. Elizabeth Zimmer would have been born approx. 1842 and John who is 2 years younger than Elizabeth about 1844 or so. They ran a dairy farm.
In 1910 I have found Floyd and His wife Agnes who is my relative Agnes Majchrzak or possibly AKA Agnes Michaels Married and living in Broome county Chenango Township not far from Chemung. According to this census They have been married 5 years and have 3 children, Lelon G.V. Zimmer (GV =George Vernon possibly) Born approx. 1906 in Pennsylvania which borders the area they lived. Sarah A Zimmer born approx 1908 in Pennsylvania the A may stand for Agnes. Mary M. Zimmer born NY possibly Mary Margaret who is 5 months old at the time of the census. Then in the 1920 census Same children Above same ages plus 2 more Ernest Zimmer born NY approx 1916 or 17 and another son Vernon born NY approx 1918 or 19 as he is a year and a half old.
The 1920 Census has a discrepency in Agnes's age of 4 or 5 years and 10 years on Floyd which both get fixed again in the 1930 census where the last 2 children living at home are Ernest and Vernon who is suddenly Verna a daughter but the ages are the same.
I think Floyd died shortly after this 1930 census because a 1932 Obit for another family member we have says Agnes Zimmer was now residing in Rochester NY at the time of this other family members death. I'm not paying to much attention to the age differences as I did not view the 1910 and 1920 census information myself it was hand written and mailed to me and a mistake could have been made during the transcription or during one of those years. I have heard stories about enumerators getting the information from neighbors if there was nobody home at the time of the census being recorded. Since Agnes was from Niagara Falls NY anything is possible.
