Anyone know the parents of Frank W. Zenner born 1/21/1889 or 1890 in New York? His spouse maybe Mary J. Zenner, born in Kentucky. They both died, according to death and Social Security records in Oakland, Alameda Co., California. I am trying to connect to my Buffalo, Erie Co., New York family. Any help will be appreciated.
