Hi Candace-

I'm a descendent of John Zibble and Catharine Grauberger. The only thing I know is that John was born in Quebec sometime between 1769 and 1780. I also know he died December 8, 1847 in Lenawee County Michigan. I'm wondering if his father was a loyalist since the name is German and he was a Protestant in a Catholic province? Do you have any further information that you might share? My email address is MShEineman@aol.com Thanks.

Sincerely,

Matt Eineman

This is Lena Adele Fixsen, daughter of Hemann D Fixsen (b. 21 Dec 1861) and Mary Sprink Fixsen (b. 25 Oct 1865). Lena was born 4 Jul 1907 in Morgan,MN. She had a cousin Lillie but she was have been about 18 years older (1889) so that can't be her. Maybe a sister or cousin that I don't have documented.

I do not have anything on Lena's descendants other than a marriage to "Thiede" Don't know if that's first or last name. There are some living Fixsen's in MN that I am sure would love to have this.

I am on a different Fixsen line and not sure how related to this group in MN.
Hello, I am searching for Augusta Wewetzer. To my knowledge, she did not live in the Washington area, but resided in Elgin, Illinois. Her dob would most likely have been in the mid-1800's, born Augusta Blanck in the Pommern area of Germany, immigrated to America in the 1880's. I know that in 1930 she was still alive. I know it's a long shot, but thought I would see if you are aware of any connections to this person? Thanks! Jan

I have an Andrew Jackson Zibble, the spelling for the surname, varies over time among his sibling. He was born in NY, 1929 to John Zibble. He died in Michigan around 1910. He married Rebecca, maiden name unknown. I believe she was born in Kentucky. They had 7 or 8 children. If these are the same people, we probably are able to help each other quite a bit! Let me know. Andrea Zibble

I'm going to guess their ages in the picture to be 7 and 10 years old. If you would be interested in the picture, please let me know, I've had no luck finding Fixsen family and would love to get this to someone who could appreciate it.

Thanks so much,
Kathryn
My Zebells came to U.S. in 1867 or 1868. Census reports have shown them as Ziebell and also as Zeedell.
They resided in Minnesota. It's lengthy, so I am going to post this info on a home page. It is not yet up but will be entitled "Zebells of Carver and McLeod County, Minnesota"...a transcription of the 1880, 1885, 1895, 1900, and 1910 U.S. Census pages . I wish I could post it here but only Gedcoms are allowed.
OR... you can contact me via e-mail , my address has been corrected... and it is VDamron@attbi.com
