Carl Daniel Yuranko, 83, Inverness, died Friday, March 7, 2008.
Born Feb. 9, 1925, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Joseph and Barbara (Puntar) Yuranko, he came to this area in 1994 from Newbury, Ohio. Mr. Yuranko was a machinist and he was a Marine veteran serving during World War II. He enjoyed woodworking, sports and reading. He was Catholic.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Ann E. Yuranko of Inverness; three sons, Michael Yuranko and wife Norma of Largo, David Yuranko and wife Leslie of Inverness and Dennis Yuranko and wife Kimberly of Grafton, Ohio; daughter, Patricia Zwolinski and husband John of Kissimmee; brother, Thomas Yuranko; sister, Frances Brent of Oregon; six grandchildren, Adam, Brandon, Justin, April, Meghan and Nichole; and seven great-grandchildren, Joshua, Allen, Jessie, Dillon, Bradford, Haylee and Sara.
