I have relatives in Brisbane Australia with the surname Younger, but family legend suggests that the name was changed at some time and was most likely previously Yunker.

The most distant information I have is that Isaac Younger was born in Liverpool UK in 1862 to Henry Younger and Sophia Grower. I have not seen a birth record for this (although there is one for Isaac Ounger). I do have a marriage certificate for Isaac Younger and Louisa Ann Bryant in Queensland Australia.
