Greetings, Fern:
I have been hoping that I would get a reply from you.
As I said, I have been researching the Yow family for a long
time, but lost the trail on Christopher Columbus when he came to
Texas. I would very much like to have his history.
I have worked with several people on this project and have
been to North Carolina twice to check the libraries, courthouses and
mainly, the cemeteries. Found a lot of information on those trips.
I have information on the ancestors of your C. C. back to
Christopher Columbus Yow, Sr. I am from a different side of C.C. Sr.'s
son, C. C., Jr. He married twice. First to Susannah ?, which is your
line, then married, Sarah Parthena?, which is my line.
Whatever you would like to have I am willing to send you. If you
have a starting point for your information, I will get it together and
send it to you. In C. C., Sr.'s descendancy report I have 380 pages that
would have to be printed, so it would be easier to furnish you with it
piece-meal. So let me know.
