William marries Priscilla Jones(1822 8 Oct Age: 19 Halifax, Virginia, United States ) - my 3rd great grandmother-Birth 25 Jan 1803 in Halifax Virginia - I connect to their oldest son JW Younger(b1829 TN? Died 1899 Gibson County TN thru !850 on census records( paper trail).TN family lore/legend has it that when Williamson died in 1817 that his pregnant wife Mary Bomar Younger and three sons ( William , Williamson and Armistead) moved to Carroll County/Gibson county TN with a trader with the last name of Fields(Cage) to live in the newly opened Indian lands in TN around 1820. William Younger -Father of my John W Younger ( who is buried in Gibson/Carroll County TN) is reflected on census records that proves out this is my line to me…Again my dead end seems to be William and Pricilla … who are they ? where are they buried…? I have lore , no real proof ( Wills , etc.) connects them to Armistead , Williamson .. Halifax – but they married within each family’s and lived all together in VA, TN and Arkansas and family lore has them related- again my non matching DNA to the Halifax and Arkansas Youngers throws in a big monkey wrench… has to be an out of wedlock event , adoption etc…
