Am looking for anyone that has family ties to Daniel Yothers(2/7/1833-3/31/1909) or his wife Julia Ann Turner Yothers (10/25/1832-4/15/1889). They were married 2/17/1855 and lived in Centre County, Pa. Among many children they had a daughter Mary Adaline who married my ggrandfather, Fillmore Craig. Please contact me if any of this is familiar.
Thanks, Barbara

Daniel Jr.

This may not be helpful, but a Daniel Yoder Jr. was born to Daniel Yoder Sr. about that time. One generation later the family changed the name to Yothers. I do not have the mother's maiden name, only the given name of Rebecca.

My great-great-great grandfather was Daniel Yothers. He is buried in Center County. His son Thaddeous had a son Torrence who had a son Robert (my father).

Sounds like we have a match. My grandfather's name was Irvin Thaddeus Craig from Julian. His father was Fillmore Craig from the same area and he married Mary Adaline Yothers who was a daughter of Daniel and Julia. Does this sound familiar to you? If so please contact me direct e-mail. Thanks.
