Hi this message maybe a several years late from the original posting. I'm the granddaughter of Catherine Yon, are there anymore surviving siblings left? And who are Annie Lou and Garfield Yon's parents? Just trying to learn a little bit more about my paternal side of the family..

Kathy, I am more than lost with my Yons! I have Susannah Yon, born 1730 who married Martin Salley, her parents were Nicholas Yon born 1710, and Christine Sylvester born 1700. I have found info stating that Nicholas and Christine were married in Orangeburg S. C. He immigrated from the Netherlands. Please send me any more info if you have it. I can't find Nicholas Yon's father or mother.
Thankyou,
Karin

My link comes from Martin Salley, and Susannah Yon. Do you have any more info on either side? I know they married in S.C. He immigrated to S.C. in 1788. Not sure from where.
Thanks,
Karin
