He was based in Tidworth,Wiltshire, England between 1945 and 1946. He was from Muncie Indiana and his father owned a Garage. This is all that we know. Can anyone help us?

Might be worth checking this line (I can't vouch for any of it, but I find online trees that claim it):

1940 census

http://search.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/sse.dll?db=1940usfedcen&a...

gives a Paul R. Yohey (c 1920) s/o Loren Yohe (c 1899)

This tree
http://trees.ancestry.com/tree/4843267/person/-1243124642?ss...=

claims this line:
Willliam Loren Yohe (1898)
William Henry Yohey (1862)
Jacob L Yohe (1798) (seems old to be f/o William H)
George (1777)
Michael (1748)
Adam (1710)

I know of an Adam b 1722 in Germany and this tree

http://trees.ancestry.com/tree/22336302/person/1228239756

claims this Adam had a son Michael b 1748.

Do you know a living male Yohey from this line? If so, I'd like to try to interest him in participating in the Yohe-surname Y-DNA project. We've identified two separate Yohe lines immigrating from Germany in the 1700's; there are six other Yohe immigrants around that time and some in the 1800's. We'd like to see whether this Yohey line could be from one or the other of the identified lines, or whether there could be another genetically distinct line.
