Hi, I am related to the Websters of Bond County, Illinois. These Websters are my people. Please get back to me. Thanks, Ruth Ann Frey

I can't believe after all of this time someone has come along...I am the great-grandniece of Mabel. How are you related?
Ok, here goes. Mabel Sophie Webster was the daughter of Ezra Blake Webster and Emma Regina Koehler. Ezra was the son of Levi Webster and Almira Collins. Here is where it gets confusing. First of all, Levi is a brother to my GGGrandfather, Francis Marion Webster. Levi was married to Nancy Kennedy in Bond County, Illinois, and they had 5 children together before she died. In 1869, he marries Almira (Collins) Phelps Moffett. Ok, Almira Collins is my GGGrandmother on the Collins side. Almira Collins married Edmond Phelps in Clay County, Missouri and they have a son, Travis Finley Phelps. Travis Finley Phelps married the daughter of Francis Marion Webster. Do you want me to keep going. Anyway, Levi Webster and Almira (Collins) PHelps Moffett have 2 sons, Ezra and Frederick. They leave Illinois and end up in Rock Creek, Jefferson County, Kansas. Please get back to me. Thanks, Ruth Ann Frey....These people are all related through my mother.

I didn't know that Levi was married before Almira. Erza Blake Webster and Emma Regina Koehler are my gggrandparents. They had 5 children - Marion Levi Webster, Clara May Webster, Mabel Sophy Webster, Lena E Webster and Ezra Walter Webster. Marion is my great grandfather. Do you know anything about the Yielky's or what happened to Mabel after Frank died in 1958? My grandmother seemed to think that she moved to Florida and remarried.
Hi, I did see something about her getting married in Alachua, Florida on November 1968. But, it did not show a spouse. So, you are related to Marion Webster, wow! I have been working on his line also. Can you get me children's names and birthdates. Also, their spouses. I did find the Yielkys in Lancaster, Ohio. I had trouble with his name, but, I will keep looking. Is there anything you need on the Websters? Just let me know. Thanks, Ruth Ann Frey

As one of Marion's two children is still alive (my grandmother) I don't feel comfortable in giving out that information.
I totally understand. How lucky you are to still have her. If I can give you any advice, please talk to her as much as you can. I did talk to my Mother, but did not ask my Grandmother much. And now I wish I would have. But, it is too late now. I don't know how much you have on the Webster, but I will give you what I have. Keep in touch, Ruth Ann Frey
